The Boa orophias, also known as the Saint Lucia boa, is a snake species native to Saint Lucia and part of the Boidae family. While exploring the island, you may come across the famous boa man'with his snake, offering adventurous, brave tourists and locals alike the opportunity to hold the snake, and of course a once in a lifetime photo op.📸
 
The boa constrictor can grow about eight to ten feet long, but can rarely grow longer than fourteen feet. Majority of Saint Lucia's wildlife is protected under the Saint Lucia Wildlife Protection Act of 1980.🇱🇨
